Everything works and came on time!

MacBook works great! The only down side is that it’s kind of old, but that’s what I get for purchasing a used MacBook.

My MacBook came, and the top of the computer just fall straight down. It will not stay up on his own. I reached out to the customer service. I was told that I could do a return. I tried to do so, but I had to select a category for the reason. I did it as damaged because of the fact that the screen will not stay open. It will not let me return it. Customer service told me that I needed to wait 24 to 48 hours and they would be right back with me. It is now been 72 hours and I’ve heard nothing back yet.

good solid working piece of equipment, and works well enough for me to be able to have a great creative space!
